Rabat – Air Arabia has announced the expansion of its domestic network in Morocco with the launch of two new routes connecting Rabat to Oujda and Nador.

This expansion, supported by the Oriental Region, is part of a joint effort to strengthen air connectivity within Morocco and promote economic and tourism development in the region, said Air Arabia Maroc in a press release.

Starting January 9, 2025, Air Arabia Maroc will operate three weekly direct flights between Rabat and Oujda on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays using Airbus A320 aircraft.

Flights departing from Oujda will leave at 4:05 PM and arrive in Rabat at 5:10 PM, while return flights from Rabat will take off at 2:15 PM and land in Oujda at 3:25 PM.

Meanwhile, the route between Rabat and Nador will begin on January 12, 2025, with two weekly flights scheduled on Wednesdays and Sundays.

Departures from Nador are set for 11:00 AM, arriving in Rabat at 12:00 PM. Return flights from Rabat will leave at 4:15 PM and reach Nador by 5:20 PM. Airbus A320 aircraft will also serve this route.

The airline noted that tickets for the new routes can be booked directly through Air Arabia Maroc’s website, by contacting the call center, or through authorized travel agents.

The statement added that these new routes aim to enhance local connectivity within Morocco and meet the growing demand for affordable and reliable travel options.

In addition to the new routes to Oujda and Nador, Air Arabia Maroc offers a range of domestic and international destinations from its base at Rabat-Sale Airport. These include Agadir, Paris, Barcelona, Istanbul, Brussels, and Basel.
