Rabat – Morocco takes on the United States in the Kings World Cup Nations today at 7 p.m. Moroccan time in KL Arena, Milano, Italy.

Fans can catch the live stream on the official Kings League YouTube and Twitch accounts, as well as the Ilyas El Maliki hilarious live stream on the streaming platform KICK.

Morocco is on a good run winning their last two games. After losing to Colombia 4-1 in the first round, the Moroccans went on to pummel Ukraine (9-2) and clinch a hard-fought 4-2 win against Japan last Monday.

At the same time, the USA team remains unbeaten in this competition. They played two games so far – one game less than Morocco – and won both. They beat Mexico 4-2 in the first round and cruised past Uzbekistan 6-2 last Friday.

Both teams are eager to qualify for the semi-finals to be played next Friday, January 10.

Meanwhile, the competition has soared in popularity in Morocco. The live-streamed games of the national team have seen a staggering  1.5 million views per game across all streaming platforms.

The Moroccan players are set to make history, though it is not predicted to be smooth sailing.

The Kings League was founded by former Barcelona star Gerard PiquĂ© and the streamer Ibai Llanos. The games combine amateur players, professionals, and veterans for a fresh change from traditional leagues.

Games have two 20-minute halves and ties are decided by penalty shootouts.

Each team has 10 players — 7 on the field and 3 substitutes, including a possible guest player.
