According to Ramón Álvarez de Mon, Vinícius Jr.’s contract renewal is increasingly unlikely. Florentino Pérez could meet the Brazilian’s financial demands, but that is not the current plan. The club suspects that a team may emerge this summer with an offer for the player.
The departure of Real Madrid’s superstar would allow the club to pursue a dream signing. As reported by L’Equipe in a recent report, Real Madrid will launch an offer for Olise after the ongoing FIFA World Cup.
At this stage, there is no agreed deal or final decision from Real Madrid’s management. However, the club is open to exploring options that would see one of their key assets leave if it means making a significant squad reinforcement.
However, if Vinícius does not accept the financial term offered by the club, Real Madrid may consider selling the Brazilian winger to avoid losing him as a free agent, as his current contract expires in the summer of 2027.
